At .060" over your maybe pushing it to come up to near 800hp with the spray. But, if it was mine I would probably try it. Mines a similar build at .030" over, I'd give it some spray if I had set my ring gap for it, and had a timing retard device.

All cranks are steel,,,the difference is the process, cast or forged. So are you saying its forged? I'd say go small, 75 shot, work your way up. Did you gap rings for spraying?
