that is relay great news glad your build is working out for you with thoughts kinda numbers you should be 650-700hp in that range when its tuned in.

I'm just throwing this out there on the rods and piston failing in these engine could it be the rev limiter casing the engine to shake at high RPM?? leading to failer just a thought.

id try 4.10 and a 28 " tall tire and see how that works.

Going to need to know whats done to the engine trany stall size what the car runs know and what the car weights is then we can help.

Mabe all the thing you said, first and for most what engin stroker or not . Need some info on the engin did you set the timming. If so whats it at are you running vacume advance or not mabe your fule pressure is not right could be a lot of thing list what you have done and im sure we can help.

id say hp is 3486 at 7000rpms and torque is going to be 2800 at 6000rpms.

make sure your timming is set right , and check plug s and put exstended jets in the rear. you might be pulling your fule away from the jets and make sure your floats are set up, becuse if not your bowls will run dry before the fuel pump can pick it up. whats your fuel pressure at are you...

it should work the ports are a little different but your not going to gain much better of buying a air gap with a good edelbrock carb but thats just my thoughts.
