    Been sealing diffs for years with just RTV. never had an issue, everything from 8.75's to 9's to 9.25's to 9.75's not so much as a single drip. I drove a '71 LTD 429CID with a spool in a 9 inch with stock axles not an issue other than eating tires like there was no tomorrow. David
