My slant has a flat lobe on the cam. It barely moves the pump. I'm guessing no zinc in the oil can wipe out that lobe also. Remove the pump and have someone turn it over while you look at the lobe. An electric pump would fix mine but I want it stock so im just waiting to install a new cam.

I need help, I replaced the pump but still nothing, can the lobe on the cam be flat? Someone thinks a rod between the pump lever and cam sliped out? Not any of my friends into sixes. I bought an electric pump but if it's simple i like to keep it stock. I've replaced everything else. thanks...
