I clearanced the frame rail for TTI header too. Mine fit, but was close. Figured why not do, don't want an issue later. But, try to thread the O2 sensor in. I think I will notch frame out for that so I don't have to drop the trans down to change if it ever goes bad.

Did you drop the body down over the engine and suspension? Someone told me the hemi was too big to do that, and I had been planning on doing it that way.
