My upholstery guy just made one from scratch for mine (I didn't even have an old one for a pattern, but he didn't seem to mind.)

As far as I know, they don't reproduce the correct ones for 63-66 A bodies. I could be wrong though. Not sure if the later ones (like Dante's has) will work. I just bought used ones. They come up now and then.

Anyone got a good source for correct 63 top latches? Mine are falling apart, with the holes that the pivot pieces fit in all elongated.

Concerning how you said your top sticks up higher than the body when down: so does mine. Mine is manual, and I have to push on the exposed parts of the frame to try to get it down, and then I bunjee strap it down on each side so I can put my tonneau cover on.
