Wondering on the cage, why did you not make the tubing meet at the same places? Like the bar that gies from the main hoop to the subframe connectors. The halo to the trunk bars, the forward strut bars to the dash bar ect. Seems to me on an impact your asking for the tubing to kink the bar...

What converter are you looking at? High hp turbo converters are not cheap. It sucks when you gotta spend almost as much on a converter as you do a trans. That's why I have not done it yet lol

You could aways have it ceramic coated. You can have it done in black if you don't want it silver. That would be an option instead of a wrap

I'm planning a turbo Hemi build for my duster, but it's going to be a long time before it's ready. Since my daily driver just tossed it's motor and I had to replace it and now most of my duster money goes to the new car payment.

Can you run it on a stand at home? Maybe bypass the turbos and break in the motor before you go tune it. Then you would know it up and running.

Just looked at a conversion table. Looks like I was wrong too. 1.5 mm works out to .060 for a gap so I was even too tight. But the idea is the same. Good luck. Hope this resolves your problems I can't wait to see this thing running.

Ok cool. As long as you know the specs. I would hate so see it installed wrong and cause a new set up problems.

Keep in mind how close your sensor is. Because the metal will expand slightly as it heats up. I would make sure you have close to .030 of a gap. Looks like you might be a little close. I would hate to see them make contact.

Why does it have to stick out? If it's the same diameter of the pulley a bracket could be made to place the sensor close enough without contact (assuming you pulley has the space like in the pic above) And why does it need to stick out .5 all the way arround? I would think that .125 or 1/8th...

It the wheel posted in the planet cambell link is what you want for a tooth pattern you could copy his dxf file and use it to cut down the cost of having one made. If I had my machine I would just cut it for you. Just to see if it would work.

Try posting up on cragslist and see if someone with a CNC plasma cutter or water jet could make one for you. Can't be that hard of a part to fab up. Then there would be nothing for you to do but bolt it on.

Man I'm glad wont have this issue as my motor has this built in. Since the Hemi ram on fuel injection I'll use the stock stuff. And just get the mega squirt to see the sensors.

Post up pics we want details on Thursday and Friday lol I would be intrested to see what your roughed in tune hp numbers vs the final fine tuned numbers. I would be intrested to see the difference.
