    When I first got my Dart, there was a non-AC type coil in front of the radiator, hoses with coolant type hose clamps and a non factory bracket on the engine. I figure at some point there was some kind of evaporative cooler on the car and this is where the hoses went in to the passenger...

    To the OP...If it's anything like the Summit brand distributor kit for Mopar, it's junk. Couldn't get the cap to sit straight, didn't spin smoothly, etc. Chinese crap! Sent it back and found a good distributor, wiring harness and control box off a Cordoba in the wrecking yard. Added a FBO...

    Mopars Orange ECU for daily driver?

    My wife used to work for a company that made nurse call equipment for hospitals. The components and circuit boards are from other countries. Minimal final assembly is done in house, but allows them to put a "Made in the USA" sticker on it. Probably right about the sticker on the orange box. : )

    Had the same problem with a brand new Autozone ECU. I use an older wrecking yard purchased ECU. Don't know the brand. Works great. Keep another wrecking yard ECU in the trunk. I don't trust the newer electronics...

    Mini starter is a good option if you don't have one. Get one for a '93 Dakota.

    . Starter bendix sticking?...maybe needs a new starter. If you have headers, they can cause problems from excessive heat.

    Electronic ignition conversion need help!

    I found my ignition parts at the wrecking yard(out of a Cordoba). Find a car with an ignition control module, ballast resistor, and wiring harness. Add your distributor and your good. Just need the wiring diagram(there is a few floating around this website).
