Your exhaust will need to pass over the top of the leaf spring. The tips will come out outside of the leafs. I have a summit racing exhaust on my dart and it fit with minor trimming of the tailpipes. My leafsprings are moved 3" inboard. I would take pics but I removed my exhaust a few days ago...

That's a fun set of headers! I've installed long tubes on a few BMW 6 cylinder engines and there are a couple bolts that have to be tightened equally with the header pulled away from the head. Just 1/2 a turn on each bolt repeated over and over until tight... and only an open end wrench would work.

How loud are they when driving? I've been looking at those and the quieter 3000 muffler. I have a mild small block and it's a weekend only street/strip car. I would still like to be able to talk to my passenger.

I kept blowing or burning the collector gaskets out. The header to engine gaskets are fine still, somehow. I ended up getting some cometic copper gaskets that have held up great!

Exactly what I want to do. I have a small block with a modest cam amd chambered mufflers but it's still loud. The carport and windows rattle when I fire it up.

That's a tight fit. I have mine dumped before the axle but would love to run it out the back. Should be much easier with my 2.5 inch exhaust.

Use a hammer. I fought my Doug's headers and tried to make them fit. I could make one part clear but then the header would be hitting else where. I used a ratchet strap around both collectors and tightened it up to pull the headers in towards the engine. That cured some of the steering box...

I used the VHT exhaust paint on my slant six manifold. I wire brushed the whole thing and rinsed if off with water.
