Milodon oil pan what is correct gasket to seal it to rear main?

Just oversimplifying what has been repeted over the years. for what its worth those dougs has a whole lot better odds on having a nice longdistance relationship with a milodon pan than headers that go under the steeringcenterlink, and i can appreciate the sound of flowmasters i dont mind any of...

Milodon oil pan what is correct gasket to seal it to rear main?

No reason to tell you to stop, this is hotroding and most of us are used to how it is,if it says it fits on the box(the part probably fits the box atleast) it will fit after you cut it to fit, bend to suit, paint to mach and gap to specification. and yeah sometimes you need to weld and machine...

Milodon oil pan what is correct gasket to seal it to rear main?

A leaking weld is a real isue. Having to cut a slight notch in the K member could have been avoided from milodo (at a price and that would most certainly have ment people would but ***** about that instead) but realy most of us already know about this even thought Milodon could be more clear...

    A few compatibility questions.

That is quite similar. 360 is about the same, 318 about 5000Kr or 500 Euro at the junkyard. I will probably get someting that runs and just add a intakemanifold for carb and a cam with some attitude and of course an oilpan,im sort of thinking that either im doinga 318 with EQ heads or a 360 with...

Did not think of that option, thank you! I guess the inventory and pricing is similar in Finland to Sweden in the junkyards!

    A few compatibility questions.

After thinking about this for a day,i wonder if this is another one of those cases where there is differnces betwen applications that is easy to forget about, could it be a different powersteering pump on that application,as in Jeeps having different frontaccesories comared to trucks?,i just...

Thank you that was very helpfull :) i should just not have clicked the link in the last post of the thread that turned everything backwards, should have just taken the first answers in that thread for granted, would have been so much easier :wtf:

    A few compatibility questions.

Only this part left i think to figure out, what powersteering hooses would be compatible to run the Magnum powersteeringpump with a Borgeson Steeringbox or a stock powersteeringbox in 73 Duster?its not that i cant make something work, would just be nice to be able to order most stuff at once.

    A few compatibility questions.

The combination im loosely thinking of for my 73 Duster: Most probably a stock shortblock 318Magnum but a 360magnum might do if i find one for the right money at the right time and place. The thought is to create a lowbuck fun combination that i can build on over time and do right at some later...

    A few compatibility questions.

Will probably run headers, got a set of (for the application very oversized) 1 7/8"TTI headers that i could use or i might just fab something up but that is relevant information will run my old 904 transmission so the starter will be one the driver side, regardless. Thank you. Not sure yet that...

    A few compatibility questions.

Considering dropping a 5.2or possibly 5.9Magnum into my Duster and i think i have most isues covered but here are the few details i have not yet found answers to. Can i put a LA cam (without bolting on the fuelpumpdrive)in a Magnum engine running the Magnum timingcover without isues? LA...

And just like that....Dany's race engine is gone!!

It still seems like you have 15 valvesprings you can reuse:D Just kidding. Good to see that you had a replacement engine available when it was needed! Noticed that you seem to have a bent pushrod in the background in the valvecover, how does that go togheter with the broken valvespring? That...

    opinion comp magnum roller.

Thanks for the advice and that video sounds good! Maybe i should look for alitle more lift while im at it then, have looked at a cranecam aswell, but not sure it would be worth all the extra work setting up the heads for more lift thought.. the crane cam i have looked at is a 260/266@ .050 and...

that combo sure runs :blob: i already have your cams littlebrother in my stockstroke 340 the XR280R and find it kind of mildrunning, just thought the Magnum roller would give alitle more attitude considering the gain in cubes im looking at:burnout:

no problem with the springs, the cam im looking at uses the same part# springs as my current cam with bassicly the same lift, just a bunch more duration, just want to get alitle more attitude and preferably without killing springs to often LOL

Thanks! its a delicate act of walking the fineline of keeping valvesprings alive when you have a car that runs alot of miles in the summers:) mainfocus is finding a cam with good power and atitude that dont eat valvesprings basicly. Choice of reargears is still out there,im burning up the...

looking at a comp magnum solid roller for a 416stroker 11:1compression,ported RPM heads, edelbrock tunnelram,17/8" TTI headers,3800rpm converter, 3185lbs duster looking for a cam with alitle atitude but still nice and somewhat gentle on valvesprings. does this seem like a reasonable cam...
