I think everyone has a different experience with cooling . I have a 318 A/C rad in front of my 383 and it won't cool worth a crap , goes up to 230* after 5 minutes running . I'm just trying to inform our members there are basic things that need to be done . I don't want members to throw money...

As was said earlier , a 22" rad will cool your Hemi if you select the proper one . The right accessories need to be employed as well . A 4 row will not necessarlly cool better than a 2 or 3 row . And a 3 row might not cool better than a 2 row . IMO, it's the size of the tubes and the spacing...

IMO - Go for it !!!!! If I wasn't eyeballs deep into my big block Scamp I'd do it in a heartbeat . Suggestion : offer a MPFI AND carb version . I think the factory wiring harness is STUPID . The aftermarket efi systems prove this . Price point should be equal to LS swap not double the cost .

Yes you can repair the cam tunnel . But if the block is toast , WTF . It takes a good auto machinist to line bore the saddles and use over size cam bearings or , my favorite, roller cam bearings .

Most , if not all , Mopar radiators use 1 3/4" lower hose and 1 1/2" upper hose . It is possible to find out what size Gen III 's use by going to your friendly auto parts store and asking . Hope this helps .

There are some very interesting EFI kits out there . these do not require the factory harness (hassle). I believe you can keep the factory intake and fuel rails . I think the factory putors go way too far to make it complicated . A $500.00 , 5.7L motor out of a wrecked truck is affordable...
