I run a 4.30 gear in my car with a 4 speed and 28" tires. I had a 3.73 in it originally and I would never go back to it. Overall I think the best OVERALL gear for the average guy is 3.91-4.10.

The 23 spline trans will hold up fine for you. Run a McLeod RXT Twin disc ceramic clutch with a billet flywheel. Make sure you use a Scattershield also for safety. I would think twice about the radials though. Stick cars shock the tires hard and radials can't recover from that shock once...

Anyone running a Detroit True Trac diff in the 8 3/4 or Dana's? I'm ordering a new Strange 60 and looking for recommendations on what diff to use. I'm leaning torwards the true trac but I want to make sure that it will be strong enough for 750hp and a 4 speed. Likes or dislikes???

I have 2 custom torque converters made for my vehicles by Edge. They work VERY good. One is in my daily driven 98 dodge ram and the other is a billet converter in my 650 hp 440 car. Andre is the owner and he takes all the orders himself plus he is a mopar guy!

I am building a 74 Dart Sport that was originally a 318/904 car. I have installed about a 650 hp 440 with a 4 speed and dana 60. I need to have my driveshaft shortend a couple of inches. My question is, is it worth it to have it shortened or should I buy a stronger piece?
