Thank you! I snugged up the upper control arms and tightened then backed off the lowers to just being snug. I have the front on stands . Need to torque the lower ball joints. Tops are done already.

I'm sure this has been asked numerous times... heres what I've done...
Replaced k member
Replaced lower control arms
Replaced upper control arms
Used the same spindles (has new upper/lower ball joints
Replaced torsion bars with firm feel bars.
What do I tighten in what order?

Agreed but... there was an issue with time constraints and someone previously distorting the torsion bar mount end where the bar comes out... long story... never damaged one til now...

Yeah.. I used Vise grips to pull out some bars.. I gouged the bars pretty good and wondered if I could possibly get away with filing the marks. Is this going to cause a possible failure?
