Hmmm, our JGC 3.6 runs about 217-225, thermostat is a factory 203*. So I’ve been checking around other forums and have found that 230 is where most 3.6’s are running....Rams, Challengers, Chargers, Jeeps etc. So how big is your radiator? What size is the fan? Thanks!!!

Any plans for a blower, supercharger? Doesn’t RiP make one for Jeeps? That would really wake up that 3.6. As a side note, if you hear “ticking” one or more rockers will need to be replaced.

Just asking......why is there 2 exhaust pipes exiting the fenders?

Tie ign.1 and ign.2 together. You need 12 volts at run and start.

The curvature of the pulley is different.

You don’t by chance have a small block pulley on the pump? Also, I used the Saginaw pump and a pulley from 440SOURCE.

Wonder if it’s just programming like the 45refe to 545rfe.

I’m pretty they are the same.

The 8 speed is behind a Hellcat, so I’m sure it’ll handle a twin turbo cranking out 600hp.

Just to get me buy, Duplicolor. When I tear the car down for body paint, it’ll get blasted off and use some better stuff.

Dash is in the car and surprisingly everything works!

Dash is done.

The ash tray cover and glove box door are in high build primer and should finish those in the next day or so.

I painted the dash Jet Black and adjusted the air pressure to give me a slight texture. Then I used a Matte clear.

High build primer is on.

HVAC controller is in.

A bit more work on the dash netted me the hvac vents for the top and cut out for the stereo. Still need to drill a hole for the wiper switch and cut an opening for the Vintage Air Gen IV controller.

I scored mine off eBay, so it was CHEAP. This is what I’m using. Derale PWM Electric Fan Powerpacks 66833. It works great! I would get the updated temp sender, it sticks to the bottom radiator tank. You can get the 4K version, but my 472 is cooling just fine at 3750. The dimensions listed...

They are damn nice! Derale makes some good fans, and their PWM (pulse width modulation) controller works very well with their new temp sensor that sticks on the bottom radiator tank. I’ve got zero complaints.

The Intellitronix gauge cluster was a POS! Sent back 3 times to be fixed and finally said I wanted a refund. So I got a Dakota Digital VHX gauge cluster. Had to cut the dash out, again, and redo it. It’s finished and looks pretty good but more importantly, it works correctly. I tested it...

Cooling issue has finally been fixed. I ended up with a 26” ECP radiator and Derale dual fans. Had to mount the radiator forward to get the clearance needed for the fans.

Installed new gauge cluster which led me to modify the original dash.

Got the Assassin bars adjusted and put on the dog dishes. Went around the block a few times, still need some tuning on the Holley Terminator, got a buddy handling that.
