I spray mine with motorcycle chain wax... it’s not sticky and I always have a can on the self, it’s best to do it when the fenders are off so you can get it into the spring

The front mount on the on the regular caltrack kit has a bolt that would hit the edges of the the inboard spring box on the 3 inch relocation kit so they weld in a sleeve, you can easily modify yours existing set. You will also likely have to do a a bit of extra trimming to the relocation box...

A new sedan door should be very easy to find, but I would check to see if the rocker area was pushed up or in first. My never hit 69 Valiant need a few shims to get things lined up.

I put one in a 67 Dart 2 door sedan....I was hell getting it into the car because of the post. Ended up putting through the windshield opening but had to roll it up with some racheting tie-downs. Once in the car it fit perfect.

I picked one up about 5 years ago for a spare...cost $800 Canadian by time I had it home, I think the part number was DW691

You could even use it on a 69 if you cut the drop in the front.

When I took the glass out of my Dart Sedan I had to push out that plastic thing with the wings that goes through the glass. I just squeezed the tabs in with pliers.
