    Well, maybe. But if you look at the stock exhaust on a lot of Mopars you'll see the pipes are smaller after the mufflers. This is because they (Ma Mopar) knew that the exhaust had cooled enough by that point that they had to reduce pipe diameter in order to keep the velocity up. Darn cleaver...

    I ran TTI 2.5" on my Six Pack Challenger with Walker Dynomax Super Hemi Turbos and ran [email protected]. Motor was built to pass the Certified Stock teardown (and did). Ran that @ 3960lbs and on repro PolyGlas tires. 3" wouldn't have made any difference on that car except to drop back pressure and...

    Keep in mind that running open headers can drive your motor into a lean condition necessitating a jetting change or really cold plugs

    considering Doug's

    Summits price is less than Whitney. Also, Doug's shows a "one size fits all" in that their header is listed for A,B, and E body. They must make a LOT of room somehow for one header to fit all three (not that there's much difference between B and E anyway)
