These locks are easy to pick with a bent up paper clip and small flat blade screwdriver. Keep a slight pressure turning with the screwdriver while sliding the ridged paper lip in and out. Check you tube for tips. YouTube also will show you how to easily make a "bump" key with a blank and a file.

Gauges are always 5 volts. It is there (probably in the fuel gauge like 67Dart273 said). Suggest you upgrade to electronic version.

Chrysler made the change in 68. The 67's don't lock. I've never had a problem with mine, have you?

It's not likely that all of your gauges are broken. It would be a rare event for that to happen. It's more likely that either the circuit card for the dash is damaged, or the main wire harness plug is not making good contact. Another thing to check is the voltage limiter, that's the device...
