I never unzipped my 67's. Glass window and never had a problem.

Plus, you can see that the roll pin in the second photo is backing out. It may only be engaged on the one side, which will make it loose too.

I bought one for my Cuda. I believe that it was the same one used on Mustangs. It came with the snaps uninstalled so you can place them to match your car. It didn't need tailoring, just installation of the snaps. A simple vice grip tool was all it took, plus a nice hole punch. Don't recall...

I'm guessing that the whistle comes while driving with the top up? I nearly always drive topless, so I never hear a whistle in mine. I would guess that either window to top has a gap or you need to replace the door and top seals.

Mine were delivered on 7/30/13. Only 4 and 1/2 months. I guess that is a small price to pay for such a good deal! They do look great!:blob:

It doesn't attach to the seat. It attaches to the seat support frame. I taped mine to it,but others say glue it down. Tape is always removable.

The 1967 Cuda is supposed to have a glass back window in the convertible top. If it's plastic, someone must have changed it out over the years. You can buy a new glass window for it and just zip it in if the zipper on the top isn't torn too.

Factory made the boot color match the color of the seats. I liked the white boot better on my dark green 1967 Cuda with black interior better than the black one it came with and boy was I happy with the change. Pick whatever color turns you on.
