    Unlimited fibreglass hoods ?

Had two friends that had unlimited hoods-both were very bad. One was bowed so bad that the hood never sat flat, it was up 1/2" in the middle. The other friend's hood was 5/8" too short front to back on ONE side. Unlimited ended up replacing it, but it was bowed real bad too. In Unlimited's...

    Fiberglass bumper mounts

Rear bumper mounts. Not as fancy as the front but get the job done. Bumper is as sturdy as the front and the mounts didn't really cost anything.

    Fiberglass bumper mounts

I only used the fiberglass front mounts. I actually didn't know they made rears. I used the factory 1 bolt mounts that are on each end of the bumper. I also made a bracket out of the 1/8"x1" aluminum for the center. So you only see 2 bolts on the rear, 1 on each end and the center mounted ones...

    Fiberglass bumper mounts

Thanks! I had a friend that worked at a subaru dealer in the body shop and sprayed the bumpers for me after I reworked the fiberglass. I'm pretty sure its just factory subaru silver from '05 or '06 with 2 coats of clear. I don't talk to him anymore and I regret not asking him the exact paint...

    Fiberglass bumper mounts

I agree, you don't NEED the outer mounts, but the ends of the bumper vibrate and shake around without them. After all the work I had to put into the bumpers to look good(I can't stress how bad the quality of the Unlimited bumpers were) I didnt want to take any chances on them developing stress...

    Fiberglass bumper mounts

I have them. I purchased them with the bumper from unlimited. The bumper was crap as far as quality was concerned but the mounts are pretty nice. They only needed the mounting holes modified slightly to work. The only thing is they are just the 2 mounts in line with the frame rails, so there is...

    Unlimited Products in Hesparia CA

I bought bumpers from them and they were terrible. Big air pockets in them when sanded to make them smooth (ends were as smooth as 80 grit sandpaper) 2-3in chunks would break off. They needed alot of work to make them useable. I had a friend in a body shop that had about 8hrs in each one before...
