My 66 Dart GT convertable

A scamp is bascally a Plymouth version of a Dart Swinger. A Valiant has the short wheelbase and the Scamp has the longer wheel base.

This was mine but others began running into it so shes gone now.

Mine used to weigh in at 3100 with my 225 pounds in it. /6, 904, 8 3/4, manual steering and brakes, no A/C 1/2 tank of fuel full interior.

Believe it or not I payed $1500 for it. I guess he figured it need a top, the brakes dont work much, and he was thinking it needed an engine rebuild since the rockers are out of adjustment. I wasn't about to talk him up in price. I really dont care for the ralleys I would rather have some nice...

No, not here. I found it in the cars wanted/for sale on SlantSix.org. It needs a little work but not much to get it on the road.

I just picked up my second MOPAR it's a 66 Dart GT Convertable. It came with a bunch of front suspention rebuild parts. it is in great shape. The PO put $3500 in the body in 01 and it shows. any hoo here is a pic.

Both of the ones I got were just hanging by the cables. The one I got out of the Dakota pickup just needed the cables fished out from around stuff and the one from the Van I had to cut the cables.

What kind of headers do you have? I was able to remove the stocker with out removing my clifford headers.

They are $11.30 at the yard I go to. I have one in the Valiant and a spare on the shelf. With the stock starter I had 3 trys to start the car now, I can crank for 5 minutes before the battery is dead.:headbang:

one thing you may need to watch out for is in 69 they didnt have side marker lights. they are only reflectors, if you need to pass inspection for the 73 model year you will fail(if the inspection mechanic is competent). 67 or 68 one had none and and the other had little round lights(I dont...
