Side emblem on my Demon.

This is the correct badging on the trunk lid as well.

Actually if you want to do your '72 Demon correctly there never was supposed to be a decal on the back of the '72's at all, just the stripes around the taillights, also no decals on front quarter panels, just the "Demon" badges. ALL the ones that have the Demon decal on the back are wrong...

And yes my front emblem is a stick on.

My "Dart" lettering is all one piece, and I think they all are from that year, very slight connection between the letters. The top photo here is a friend of mine's Demon and it is totally original. Also have attached good photos for placement when you do find what you need.

It actually should have two parts. First "Plaque" like badge says "Dodge" and the letters spell "Dart". This is my Demon and I found both on ebay about two years ago. I'll try to find a better photo to post tomorrow to show more clearly.

I've only heard of early '72 Demons coming with the '70-'71 dual scoops but not a '71 coming with the '72 Snorkel scoop. Mine was restored with the '71 dual scoops but the fender tag says nothing about coming with any scoop at all, just a plain hood.

That would be cool, but the only ones I've ever seen were on Tom McEwen's Duster Funny Cars in mid-seventies.

71 Demons had the option of ordering chrome (G37) or painted (G36) racing mirrors. I had chrome on my 73 Duster and have painted on my 72 Demon. Like both but the more chrome on these cars the better in my opinion! good luck HemiMark!

That's the way mine is, one with posts and the "Dodge" emblem has the adhesive. Remember that's when they were already transitioning from "Dodge Dart Demon" to "Dodge Dart Sport".

Hadn't really thought that far ahead yet on the paper, but for other design projects I do I've used self-adhesived backed paper. Can't recall how these attached to the car windows when new. I want to say they had a "glue" strip across the top and bottom and if so I have a way of doing that...

Made this window sticker up myself using Adobe InDesign and finding the logos on the internet and building a couple myself. Also used the fender tag codes on my Demon. Didn't know the prices of all the options, still researching that. Actual size is 8.5 x 9.25 inches. Thinking of doing a...
