1973 - 1976 Dart 4 Door, Dart Swinger, and Dart Sport "beak" trim. Goes above the grille.

The beak is different 73-74 are but different than 75-76. The center piece where the grill ,punt sticks out further on a 75-76 which causes the earlier grills not to fit correctly

74 was first year but not all got front bumper shocks

My 74 Swinger that came from factory without bumper shocks and uses those pictured

73 and 74 have different mounting holes than 75 and 76 therefore they do not interchange

Just an FYI 73 and 74 are slightly different in appearance than 75 and 76 but both will swap just will not match the number of horizontal fins in the grille So Pics would be a good way to I.D. them

Correct for 75 only as they switched to amber for 76 model year but will still fit in both

Can you post a pic of the overflow? Was it on a 22 inch or 26 inch radiator car? Thanks

It is an aftermarket cap but a replacement cap for a 72 down which explains why it sticks out on his 73

Hey Bill, Might be for 72 down since the filler tube mounts from inside trunk instead of slippin through the 1/4

All 73 ups were mounted like this... Also Dart Sports and Dusters only have 3 screws holding the filler neck on While Dart and Valiant 4 doors as well as 2 doors have 4 holes to hold the filler neck on That is how 73 up was mounted...Refer to upper part of post to see other differences^^^

Hey Ian, The filler tube is held in by the screw getting held into the 1/4 panel. Maybe use machine screws with nuts to hold it on if it cant handle the cap?

Well that sucks that it sticks so far out on 74s. Cause I was gonna install it on my 74 but have yet to do so. If you change the design could I exchange it since I have not drilled it yet?
