Bare cast iron with engine overspray, The factory never coated the exhaust manifolds. if you wnt to make them look nice but non-factory sand blast them and coat with Eastwood Cast Manifold paint.

Honestly it wasn't that complicated...once I found a damanged bumber and cut out a big enough area around the Dodge Ram opening to give me room to work without being in the stamped radius I traced the pattern onto my dechromed Duster bumper and used a cut off wheel inside the line to give a nice...

It looks like B2 Hemi cars just notched out for the tip that would be alot easier way to go than what I did, although I wanted to retain the factory stamped design of the Ram bumper to add some character to the Duster.

Several years ago I sent my 69' RoadRunner 383 exhaust manifolds out to extrude hone and it definatley improved the flow. They basically mix media with clay and force it through under pressure.

All you have to do is ask since I've been there and done that...If you check out my build (link below) specifically page 53 post 1320, page 55 post 1354, page 56 post 1397, page 57 post 1410 and page 58 post 1434 there are lots of pics of my rear bumper modification.......... enjoy .

These are for a B/E body (1 piece driver side headers) in a A body for a custom application, these are in a bare chassis (no suspension or steering) for ground clearance measurements .....torsion bars and steering box is not a concern for this application...sorry I can't help answer your question.

Just installed my TTi 1 7/8" and thought I'd join the thread with some pics, this is only in the mock up stages but you get the idea for clearances here and there

never tried magnaflow but they are great at advertising, ran flowmasters on a 360 powerwagon and a 2010 challenger both sounded deep without being too loud, I also ran hooker aero chamber mufflers on a 68' road runner now that sounded awesome.....hope this helps a little. cheers
