    Buy any header you want and weld W2 flanges to them. I bought my W2 flanges from Schoenfeld headers.

    Thanks. I will be going with a 1-3/4 tube but I'm thinking I will need to buy the 1-5/8 flange so that I will have room to match the oval port to a round tube.

    Just called TTI and Hedman. They do not make a header for a 1966 Barracuda with W2 heads. Hooker doesn't show one either. Guy at TTI said cutting the flange off and welding a W2 flange will not work. He says the oval port on the flange wont match the exhaust tubes. For a shade tree guy...

    Hmm. Looks like my option must be to buy headers for early a body and weld a W2 flange. I see Schoenfeld sells the flange for $30.00

    These heads have the dual bolt pattern, so they have both the 3-5/16 and 4-3/4 spreads? I could measure them but they are not with me at the moment. Looks like I will be calling tti and Dougs. I have read a lot of debate about fenderwell or not. It seems like if a guy doesn't mind cutting...

    So I take it the port miss-match is not enough so that it can not be matched by hand with basic head porting tools. I guess I will visit tti's site and check out the cost difference. Thanks
