What to look for in a bolt in sprag?

So Im upgrading my trans for by BB car while its out and putting a bolt in sprag in. I noticed Summit sells TCI's for $75, CRT has what looks like their house version for $105, and the variations continue up to about $130 before they jump to $190. So any experience with the TCI or the CRT one...

    Help my crap 60ft times!

I heard shocks for an f-150 are the perfect lenght, not sure if year matters. I agree on ditching the snubber as well, also as said before, crossing the traps at 3800, especially with 3.91s unless you meant to write 5800 or 6800, you have some other issues going on that you need to figure out...

Anybody using 273 adjustible rockers their drag car???

buy some crane or smith bros adjusters for them, you dont have too but I prefer a lock nut vs a friction fit. Ive had the stock adjusters come loose on hyd cams. Ive run them with a hyd cam and crane adjusters turning 6500 no problems.

    318 for 12.80 bracket car

Did you email Adrian? If so, see if he has heads for it. I think he's a pretty talented head porter. Also, that 340 with some 3.91s and a solid cam and RPM intake with about 3500 converter will put you in the mid 12s.

    318 for 12.80 bracket car

What about a 340? I got a buddy in your area with a .030 over 340 shortblock, forged crank, h beam rods, all you gotta do is get a top-end and cam. He only wants like $1500.

    318 for 12.80 bracket car

Are you still on your idea of staying under $3000 for the hole project? I read your other post about when you acquired the car.

    318 for 12.80 bracket car

Heres a thought: Get yourself a 318 and a 360 crank, have the mains turned down to 318/340 size and bam, you got yourself a 350 inch motor with about 10:1. Port some 596's (or whatever those smog heads were) and shove in a cam. Its basically an under-bored 360, and dirt cheap!

which intake for my small block??

Id personally run the Weiand X and 4.56s. That would be a bitchin 340 combo!
