I dont believe that's a body. That looks like it mounts to the side of the door A body mounts on top. Plus a body mirrors have only one threaded stud that goes through the door and a screw that mounts from the top side.

Yes I still have the fenders. From my knowledge they will fit but your marker lights will diffrent. 71 had the recessed marker lights. But yes they should bolt up.
