You don't need the bumper guards. Many people delete them. You should be able to get bolts locally. They are easy to find here in Canada. Bumper Bolt 3/8"x1" with Nut & Washers (nationalmoparts.com)

Got mine for my 74 Dart at my local parts store. Dorman Help package of various wiper bushings.

If it's like my 1974 Dart, it involves the back breaking lying upside down and getting at it under the dash. It really only took me about 10 minutes to install the same bushings. I thought it would be harder.

Is there any specs on the size of the holes? I've seen posts that say 4" and some say 4 1/8". I'm ready to buy a hole saw to make the holes but I want to make them the right size to fit the rubber grommets .
