I have used Goof Off. Works ok but takes a few applications with some scraping in between.

Ya it sucks. I am 5'5" and have to get very creative some times. Though when you have to cram your self in to a tight place like under the dash it sure comes in handy. Thing that rely sucks is my brother is 6'1".

I find that wood working tools work well on aluminum. Skill saw, router, and an angle grinder with a sanding disk is what I use the most.

This is what I have been using. Sorry don't remember the brand or where I got it from. Works good. I like to go around and find the spot welds first "if they can be seen" then take a small drill bit and use that to drill a small pilot hole.

My dad picked up a tig. We are also looking for some one to show us how to use it. If you could, let me know how it goes and how much the class is.

Don't have a garage. But I do have two barns I work out of. The red barn is where I keep and work on my Mopars. The white barn is where all the other toys are keep. Don't have any good pics of the whit barn. Just pics I took of some of the toys but gives an idea of what it looks like.

Ya it is a little big but we had it allready so we paved it and moved up from the barn. It is so big because it was originaly built to house a D-6 Cat and the Scraper. But we sold them a long time ago.

This is the shop me and my Dad use. Although I do most of my work out side because the shop is full of my Dad's half finished projects.
