    Champion 26" Radiator Review

I have the 26" in a 68 Dart/440. It was a close fit width wise but I had to trim off the bottom/front side of the core support to get down far enough for the hood to close. The electric fan shroud combo did not work for my setup. Not enough room between March serpentine setup and fans mounted...

    upper radiator hose

Does anyone have a part number for a upper hose who uses a Champion 375 26" 4 core with upper outlet just off center on passenger side and 440 engine, standard water pump housing? Thanks, Bill

    Electric fan controller

Yes, Ive been running the engine since last May and they are fine. I also have my starter wires running under (in heat shrink) there toward the front where the battery used to be.

    Electric fan controller

Thanks man, I ran everything before the engine was installed. First I installed the wires, then the headers. I started dressing the wires at 7-5-3-1 then 8-6-4-2 from the plug to the distributor, then terminated at the cap. You should be able to see the thermostatic switch there too.

    Electric fan controller

This is what I used from Summit. I installed this on the water pump. The A/C wire on the relay was ran to a switch on my shifter to turn on/off manually. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/der-35020/overview Its just to the left of the radiator hose.

    Champion Aluminum Radiator...Junk Core?

Last year I purchased the same 4 core 26" as yours for a big block in A body. So far no problems and the piece is really nice IMO. Sorry to hear you are having trouble, I would take Gary's advice and try to get it replaced. Its probably worth a try.

show us your champion radiator installed

Mine is a 26" 4 core with the fan/shroud option. I could not use the shroud because of my pulley setup but plan to make a little more room and install it before summer gets here.
