    HF sandblaster

I like to put nuts, washers and small hardware on a coat hanger, makes quick work and no loosing parts. Screws and bolts I put in a coolant bottle, also works for painting them later. If you need to do the threads also I have cut the side out of the bottle and use it the same way. Alan

Beware of youtube videos about connecting 2 compressors together

Personally I'd just segregate the two systems and switch between them, one runs low, unplug hose move to the other or do it with ball valves, seams so much easier. Alan

Harmonic Balancer installer - Mopar thread size 3/4-16

That is what I have always done, on my recent build a friend was doing the full engine assembly (something I haven't done) and he didn't like using the threads on the crank to pull the balancer in (potential to damage the treads), a bolt is expendable. I still think we are splitting hairs but it...

    Stand recommendations.

You should not need those washers, all the arms should be the same. if the bolts are too long then put the washers under the head of the bold. The way you have it the engine will droop and be difficult to spin. Alan

This worked for me (not a HF unit), would have been nice to lower the engine some more. I have seen people use the arm as a spacer and not an extension by using one bolt not two. I think I may try that next time. Alan
