It should be the same but the hardware that adjusts the headlights have a spring also attached to the metal bowl is what I am missing. I don't have any to reference unfortunately. Would you be able to snap a photo.

I am curious to know why online part stores separate the year models by 70-72 and 73-76 when buying weather stripping and other glass seals. I'm more particular in the roof rails. would a 70-72 model Duster roof rail seal fit a 74 ? They look to be the exact same body styles.

Yes, the roof rail seal is the piece of foam type composite that the roll up wind comes into contact with that starts from the bottom of the quarter window and runs up to the top of the quarter window then runs about possibly 3 feet toward the front of the car. and ends down by the dash...

haha been there done that with the truck, except actually cut the entire back end off and graphed on an entire 76 duster truck from the bottom of the window back. Don't let anything scare you off, it's easier than you think !! Looks like a great project, good luck with it and have a blast !!!

A good way I have found to get it off was to apply the spray on auto paint stripper or the type in the can and paint it on ( a little more messy that way). just wait a few minutes and it will become really soft and you can just scrap it all off.
