The car looks better in person than it does in the pics, I went over and saw it last weekend.
It's great that you are documenting the build with lots of pics, George.
You're doing great work, this car is going to turn out nice...
I can't wait to come over and inspect your work this weekend, George.
It's looking great so far!
Maybe i'll do some work to the Valiant while i'm there and make an afternoon of it...
I've seen this car in person, and it's as good if not better than it looks in the pics.
It should come together quickly, there's just a lot of little things that the car needs.
And some TLC as already shown.
Great work, George!
Well, let me be the first to say that I don't like it.
Not at all.
I can certainly appreciate the skills it takes to fabricate a car like this, but it would be extremely hard to get the proportions right.
Getting the doors to look right will be a nightmare...
Nice car with some cool options.
That sun roof is rare, I haven't actually seen one in person....
Enjoy the build, and like a lot of other people, I would love to hear more stories and the background of this car....
Nice car, I'm looking forward to seeing more posts and more pictures.
To me, ''driver quality'' is not a resto, but a refurbishment.
Love the wheels, BTW!
Yeah, I saw you out too, Randy.
You're right about the gas!
I burned about 50 bucks worth in my car this weekend driving it around for about 4 hours total.
I'll have to give you a call and come over one of these days.
Sad to hear about the cylinder head problem.
What a touching story with a great background.
I love the car and the color, and the legacy of Arthur's car is in your capable hands.
It should turn out awesome!
BTW, your wife sounds like a keeper for encouraging you to buy it and complete the car!
Thank you for your comments and interest everyone.
(Hey N.A.R., for the life of me, I can't remember your name)
As a matter of fact, I drove the car around last night all evening and it ran perfectly and didn't over heat or anything.
That was in bumper to bumper traffic, as it is ''Street...
Maybe he didn't know who he was talking to or he's just that much of a dumbass.
He gets what he deserves then.......
It's like if Ronnie Sox wanted to show someone how to shift and they disregarded it.
Play stupid games and win stupid prizes.......
