    Driveshaft?? Maybe the driveshaft is a little bent, or has a U-joint going out? Did the alignment shop do a 4 wheel alignment, meaning did they put the sensors on the back wheels too, so they could see if something was way out of whack?

    Not an expert, but 1200rpm idle in neutral is pretty high. I'm typically in the 600-800 range, but that's with a 4 speed.
