Answered my own question. If anyone sees this in the future, stock HP big block manifolds require 5 extended threaded sleeves to attach to the exhaust heads studs. The rest use regular studs and nuts. FYI.

How about casting numbers 2806900 and 2806974. I think these are 1968 HP 440 manifolds. Would they bolt up to the 1970 906 heads on my 383 plus give clearance for power steering pump in 68 Dart? Will have Shumacher mounts to convert six to eight and would like to avoid headers if possible for...
