    How do you tighten the steering up?

    I would say depends on wha box you have. Some have a nut (lock nut)on top with (what looks like a bolt stud) with a slit for screwdriver on top. Loosen the nut turn the stud to tighten up.

    stroker. I would have taken the LCA off the spindle. That way it would drop more and hope to get you closer to lineing up. But not sure if I would have used those bars.

    My springs were so shot. When I got the car, it had a class III hitch welded to the frame. Not sure what they were pulling. I bought some XHD and lifted mine bout 3 in. But it looks great to me anyway.

    Thanks for posting the pics. I am changing mine out later this summer. But I hope you are not using the pipe wrench for removal or your not reusing the bars. that wrench could gague the bars making them usless. Just a thought.

    Some auto parts stores have a tool loan program. Basicly you buy the tool and get a refund when you return it. I would try that route first. Then a pipe wrench if needed. Just make sure to get the threads started good when installing.

    Are you sure you did not mount them backward? If I remember correctly the short end of the springs go to the front.

    The spring perch is about right. The frame rails for the car and the truck are the same difference apart, but its the measurement from backing plate to backing plate that is the BIG difference. The truck axel will stick out from under the wheel lip of the car.
