I was pondering what I may encounter. I put eddy s on my 380 h.p. crate motor with comp rollers. No cr ratio gaskets added. Gasket matched. Ported. M1 intake ported and runners cleanup up etc. All new experience with me. Engine masters boasted a 92 hp gain with Light h eadwork on their 360.

The above DMT plastic plug is a very close fit for the A/C opening. I am going to make a patch for the rear of the opening and make as precise hole as I can for a firm fit.

I ordered these today: ORDER: DMT MOPAR 63 66 A & 62 65 B Oval Plastic Body Plug Firewall Plug Auto. This is close second and I will let you know how it works. I am done buying these!

A guy provided a valid tip. If we can find a slightly bigger grommet then we could dremel the opening to fit the grommet. I did buy an Acura A/C delete firewall plug which is too big for our A/C opening. I might dremel it like he said. Makes sense

I am dealing with the same issue. Heat/a/c has been removed. I don't want to patch so to speak. Upon looking into 3D printing I keep getting pointed in different directions. Researched rubber grommets and they guy quoted $800 for the tooling alone. Of all the grommets out there it seems nothing...

These fans pull 4500 cfm.

I had heat probs. all the time. Went to Chevy 19X22 alum. custom shroud and dual fans pulling 4500 cfm's. Upgraded to 80 amp Powermaster to pick up the slack. As stated above, this was pricey. $500 for the fan shroud assembly and @200 for the radiator.

Attached is a heater box and my question is: Is the fresh air box necessary if the a/c components have been removed? I only changed the heater core and removed the a/c condenser. Can I block the area where the fresh air box attaches and still have a functioning heater? (Note: there is...

I just pulled my heater box out of my 73 duster as my heater core was leaking. I can send you pics and we can work something out as I no longer need the evap core if you are interested. It looks in good condition and the fins are straight.
