How do I go about removing the front and rear chrome window trim on my 68 Barracuda notchback?? Is there a special tool required?? Getting ready to install a vinyl top soon. Also I am trying to avoid any damage to the paint as I don't plan on painting the car for a few years. Thanks

Yah was thinking the spears only, not the gills. I will drill the holes for those. Thought I remember reading somewhere that they filled the spears up with spay in foam and then used that black 3M body tape???

Does anyone have any good pics of the installed rocker panel molding with the gills and spears?? And can the spears be installed without drilling holes and using clips, maybe 3M tape??? Thanks Derrick

mine was for an RB block 413-440 part # STR-14. You can get them for B block 383-400 part # STR-15 but even harder to find than the RB. You could get the top(lid) in either a single carb, dual inline carb or dual cross ram like mine. I paid $1500 for mine about 4 years ago on ebay....#-o

Are the inner fender splash guards that block off access to the door hinges black or painted body colour like the inner fenders??? Thanks
