    360 Magnum question

Here's what is commonly done. Lose the fuel injection. Aftermarket heads, cam, intake and carb. Headers. Distributor. It is not exactly cheap. It gets you into the 400+ hp range.

    Magnum RHS Heads horsepower gain??

I likely should not be getting into it on dustoff's thread. I've put up a couple threads already and got decent feedback from people including LXguy. I've done a fair bit of reading on the subject as well but found there's a lot of differing opinion - and hot tempers to go with the opinions...

    Magnum RHS Heads horsepower gain??

    RPM vs. stock Manifold

Just out of curiosity, with 10.5 : 1 compression, what kind of fuel will you run? The reason I ask is I'm planning a 340 rebuild and would like to do the same, but plan to lower it so I can run pump gas, unless I put out the bucks for aluminum heads, in which case, I'm told 10.5 might be OK.
