i second this opinion, i had a moderate 318 (13.80's in a full interior 74 dart) that wouldnt run with a edl 600....threw that thing away and went with a holley 750 DP. it loved it. now a quick hit on the summit carbs, can't go wrong with a holley based carb. i wouldn't hesitate to go with...

you spent all that time and money on what sounds like a very badass new hemi build...not sure why you are skimping on the carb..the last thing i'd do is reuse an old carter 625 that was setup for my 318...i think you know the answer to your question before you asked it...a new holley 750 DP...

not sure how familiar you are with nitrous, but repeated 150 and up pulls...you better be running a wet kit, have enough fuel flow/pressure...and have an anti ballooning plate on your converter... if you're running something cheap like a B&M streetfighter..it'll be toast in a year...some high...
