Looks like I am losing my job, and I JUST sold small bolt pattern front setup. I am going to have to roll this car out of this house, as I will be forced to move. So, I don't need the calipers or the brackets, I just need to be able to roll this car on to a trailer. So, I am asking for Big Bolt...

I use a Lokar throttle cable. Check out Summit and see if they have one that fits your application! I don't know too much about early A's, as I have a 71' Duster.

just cut the throttle cable down... it only needs to be like 6 or 8 inches... the shortest one they sell is 24..... the kickdown could be cut down too, but i'm lazy....

I installed the lokar throttle cable, kickdown cable, and the bracket last week.. it was real easy...

The 3/4" fitting I bought for Jegs worked.... the threads were REALLY hard in the intake manifold, though.. sort of weird.. but i got it in...

I was thinking about doing that... I was just worried about not having a lip.. Anti Seize.... didn't think of that! I'll probably just go that route. Thanks!

I thought I read in other threads that the fitting was supposed to be 3/4" .. found one from jegs (15 bucks! yikes!) and it doesn't fit... I'm assuming it's 5/8"... I don't want to buy a mopar one because they are 30 flippin' dollars! anyone have an old one laying around their garage?

My advise: Post pics... most people don't know the difference... I had this problem a month or so ago....
