Not seeing how the 4ft cable is gonna get there so far. I bought the cable I listed and it is THICK...and not very flexible. Trans is out of the car and shifter not mounted yet, so a little hard to visualize what it's gonna have to route around. Any pics?

Got it today. Cable is junk, and the shifter is missing lockout pins for 4th and the park position limiter. Looked online and can't find them anywhere. Anybody know a part# or got a set? No brackets or lever for a 727 either. So now I need the pins and clips, cable, and the bracket kit.

This is the one I bought, the bracket package is for a GM, and that cable looks short, but it was a pretty good deal regardless.

I don't have either. I do have a B&M Quicksilver on the way, and would love any tips on making the console install and transmission hookup go smoothly. I am running a Lokar kickdown cable. Any interference issues between the two?

Mechanical. Use copper line on the oil pressure guage. Route the line right and you will never have a problem. You don't need a heads up display, hang them under the dash. A good driver's eyes are always moving, bet you never wreck from reading ANY guages. Oh, and buy quality guages. If you...

I am a little worried becase the core of the pad is just thin sheetmetal. These tachs are not light, and then you got heat working against the pad as well. I worry it might make the pad warp/lift over time.

Anybody make an A-pillar mount for old Mopars? Some good ideas, but I am looking at potential pros and cons. I need to check out my old dash pad. Are any of you guys with a mount under the pad having it force the pad up off the dash frame?
