Be sure you guys periodically check those rubber lines, even if they're "fuel rated." With this crazy amounts of ethanol they're putting in the fuel these days, I'm seeing failures and "damn near" failures in short periods of time. Steve

I'd really recommend a custom cam. Hydraulic rollers are kind of pricy, and its really not much more at all to have Comp grind one to your specs.... You need valve springs if you're running a cam. The magnum stockers suck. I can't imagine what shipping to Hawaii would cost, but those Iron Ram...

I don't know if its normal or not, but mine does the same thing. Supposedly some of the lifter bores in these blocks are machined poorly at the top. You might check that out while you've got it apart. Also, these lifters seem to take an awful lot of preload.
