WANTED: Dart convertible top parts needed

Sorry, I haven't been on here for a few days and I just read your reply. All the parts to the ram system are still there I believe. I'll look as soon as the weather warms up a bit. I know I sold the dash switch. It was the first part to go. Dallas

    sun visor assembly ?'s

Budar, I'm parting a '68 GT 'vert and that part is chrome (but has pits). I have some pics here; http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=233556 Sorry about linking to the ad, but I couldn't find my other pics. Is yours a GT? Maybe it's a GT vs non-GT on the finish? Dallas

    Door striker question

I would say that is correct. I wonder if they changed the glass out when they changed the door, since the glass is different between a hardtop and 'vert. Dallas

    Door striker question

Commonly called door wedges. They are to help maintain door alignment as the car flexes over different surfaces. In other words, they keep the door from contacting the quarter when the car is in a bind. It's a good idea to install one on that door, too. Dallas

    Track for boot

Thanks Jim, Hopefully I can find the holes through the material. I just kind of worried since the channel came out of a Dart and the holes may not be in the same place. I guess I'll find out today. Dallas

    Track for boot

Does anyone have a good pic of the track that fastens to the rear seatback that the front of the boot goes into? I'm working on a friends '67 B'cuda and he had the seats recovered but they left that piece off, or lost it. Anyway I got one from a guy that had an extra '68 Dart seat but the part...

    1970 Conv. 4-Door??

I've spent more money and had less fun before. I have a rust free '70 Valiant 4 door I've been thinking of cutting the roof off myself. Dallas

    67 Vert Doors

Creeden, I see you are in MO also. I have a '67 hardtop parts car that I believe has really nice doors. I also have a '68 'vert but I believe one of the doors has some rust in the corner. I'm just south of Ft. Wood. If I can help with anything just let me know. Dallas

    Convertible interior's

It's a '60s style custom metalflake wheel. I remember them from when I was a kid and have always liked them. You sure don't see many octagon ones, though. The best thing about it was the reaction from small kids who saw it at a show or cruise-in. It was the first thing that caught their...

    Convertible interior's

I redid the ones in my '68 when I changed the interior from all black to holstein. The white interiors in '68 were pearl white. However the rear panels were just plain white and didn't match, even when new. I wanted mine pearl white to match the front panels. Let me back up just to mention I...

Some missing parts needed on a 67 Dart GT Convertible

I may be wrong, but I think this is true for hardtops but not convertibles. I think all '67-'69 Dart/Barracuda convertibles had the vinyl lower trim. I am enclosing a pic of a '68 Dart 'vert I have parted out. As you can see it has the vinyl lower trim like a '67 and the trim has shrank and...

1970 Chrysler 300 convertible top too tight

They definately seem to shrink up some if left down for long peroids of time. Is there any way you can safely blow some heat in it for awhile? I tend to leave the tops down on the 'verts I've owned also. Probably not the best idea but I just hate to run them up and down all the time. I had a...

    Convertible Well Liner Install

Left rear corner. This goes over the rail that goes around the sides and rear. You have to install the bolts while laying inside the trunk and holding the liner up. Dallas
