    67 twin turbo dart

The motor that was in the car and I took out when I sold it to you had the same problem. The rings didn’t seal correctly on the Dyno. I tried a lot of things like you did and none of it worked. I didn’t have to change any of my gaskets though put a GZ vacuum pump on it. Problem fixed. Same...

    Roller cam and turbo charging

Don't get tripped up and not using a Solid Roller. I have thousands of miles on mine, .643 Lift at the valve 242@50, I went to check lash after about 5K miles. They did not move a bit. Adjusting a solid cams valves all the time is a Myth. Guys don't know WTH they are talking about. Use good...

    Have a new project..

My current combo is 410 Stroker. Probably 525 hp or so. I smack it with a 200 shot of NOS on a regular basis turning 7000+ RPM. Probably about 625HP or maybe a bit more to the tires. Has not missed a beat. That is with a 904 built by me as well! Boost is Linear so I am Positive you can take the...

    Roller cam and turbo charging

Mine was for 410 Stroker. This engine is in my Scamp in the Avatar as NA & 200Hit of NOS instead of the TT set up. 242@50 , .634 Lift at the valve on a 110-112 LSA if I recall correctly. Solid Roller from Brian at IMM with his Solid Roller Lifters. FWIW, I drive the **** out of this car...

    turbo oil drain

Type "Turbo Oil Restrictor " in an ebay search. It will give you some ideas on how to home brew a good one. I have used drilled out Allen set screws in an fittings before to restrict fuel. It is cheap and works very well.

    turbo oil drain

You might have to put a restrictor in the oil feed line. 4an feed is a lot of oil. They sell a 4 an fitting with a .080 EMD hole in it. It sounds like you are drenching the Turbo with too much oil in addition to it not draining properly.

FYI.... The GSL-395 is only good for 300HP.... Anyone with any more power than that should be using the GSL-392

    fuel pump

Question.... Are you using a Liquid Filled Fuel Pressure Gauge?? If so swap it out to a NON Liquid filled gauge and see if that fixes your problem. I had the same issue until I got swapped to a non liquid gauge. If that is not it... then it is probably the regulator. My Fuel pressure is Rock...

    fuel pump

Sounds like you will be fine with 1 GSL-392. 1 is good for 650 HP. If your regulator is not Boost Referenced. You will need to buy another one like the ones I posted above.
  23. Mad Dart

    fuel pump

How much power you are going to be making?? You may need 2 or more. You will also need a regulator and a return back to the tank if you don't already have one. I use this one from Mallory for a carb set up with the GSL-392 http://www.summitracing.com/parts/maa-4307m/overview/ and...

    fuel pump

Lol. Try that with any other inline fuel pump that flows serious fuel. They all sound like a 4 stroke chainsaw WITH the engine running! Not to mention the rattles of the car that come with using one. I have ran 3 Walbros all at the same time and you can not hear them with the engine running.

Walbro GSL-392, they are cheap flow serious fuel and are very quiet. gsl392.com I am using multiples on my current project with carb & E85 conversion. You can see my set up on the last couple pages of my scamp tread in my signature.
