Black paint, white stripes, and orange interior is a standard color combination, and recomended in the sales literature. None of those orange cars are rare.

I think you need the entire face. There were two different tach faces, and I think the redline up was a different color on each. It's hard to remember since I haven't seen them since I owned GTOs, and bought every hood tach I came across. However, neither were "factory installed".

I think it is worth the money as well; moreso than alot of other cars that trade for even more coin than that (T/A-AARs for example). From the pics you sent me, it was a honey that was just missing some of the original pieces.
