    Oh yeah, I am not a underdrive pulley believer at all! Great comments though. I will switch over to a normal style radiator to keep the flow up. Thanks all! Will try and remember to post a follow up when summer hits and I get to test it out.

    Very good points!!!! I had this issue before I went turbo....however I do make more power now so the issue is the same or worse. I found a nice griffen radiator on their web site that I could probably make fit. I just don't want to ruin the factory grill look.....but I could get pretty crafty...

    I run a 47re. Also fuel injected. 4.56 gearing. There is a small trans cooler infront of the rad. I need to move that so I get 100% cool air flow across the rad. Now I do run the sand dunes in 4 low. Not sure if that matters...but again, I think I might be spinning the pump to fast.

    Esentially a gutted t-stat. This will allow you to cycle the water even when the engine is off. Great for racing.

    Well pulled pan, put feeler between thrust and crank surface....lowest I had was a .008 and that didn't fit. So looks like I'm good to go :)

    Went to pull the harmonic to re seal the timing cover and water pump and find play in the crank. Have not put a dial indicator on it yet but I can feel and see it move so I know it's not in spec. How screwed am I? Looks like cheap torque converter is to blame here.

    Correct. You have to load the firmware you want. Then fill all the values in...... You can find some base 350 tunes to start. But it gets more in depth. There is an autotune function...just drive and it will start adjusting fuel. Ill go more in depth later when im at the keyboard
