Is the 68 and up slant six 9.5 inch 122 tooth flywheel and clutch the same as the 64 to 68 273 122 tooth flywheel and 9.5 inch clutch setup?? Thinking about using a 9.5 inch clutch on a 273 and just wanted to verify i can use slant six stuff on it.

The aluminum case is made for slant sixes and 318s with 2.76 gears. I would trust the cast iron case way more because those are the same as the beefy 60s stuff they made at a time when stuff wasn't made skimpy. Put that aluminum case behind a 318 2 barrel or slant and enjoy the decent gas...

Interesting, my dodge D 100 has an 11inch 143 tooth flywheel and all the ones I have out of cars have the 9.5 122 tooth flywheels. I never thougt of a combo with the 10.5 so I'm guessing it was a 2WD truck

It's strange that the 143 tooth flywheels are always attractively priced but that is for 11 inch clutch and usually for a truck. Try a 130 tooth version for 10.5 inch clutch used in A body and most cars.
