Thanks for the recommendation. Is the stock finish a semi-gloss or a.gloss finish. My dad shop uses a high gloss finish which I thought may be to glossy versus the original finish.

Looks great!. Did you paint the exterior of the box as well? If you did what paint did you use?

The shroud should help at low speed and at idle. You will need to get the fan blades half way into the shroud to be most effective. Your fan now seems a bit far from the radiator. You may need a spacer if it is not sufficiently deep into the shroud.
