I agree, we camp onsite. If there are any booths available it may be the way to go and just camp at the fairground. You have a camp spot and place to keep your parts w/o having to run to the car/truck all the time. But... we do sell also
I'll get you some pics Darwin! lol
QUOTE=65Val;1970937076]I'd love to come, BUT, the good ole' Canadian $$$ is low, the Coho fares are high, and I'm broke!!!....Damn......!
I bought my Dart at this show back in '05
(Hate to miss that blonde, YG!!)
I had a good time. with attendance down the swap was weak. I did have get to watch a lot of racing. Rich lost something in the bottom end of his dart doing shake down runs on Saturday. I did get a chance to make a pass with my 67 383 barracuda.
I thought "the scrapper" was doing real well! If...
it will be HOT, a canopy and a large hat to protect from the sun is highly recommended, as is a good supply of water. Chairs are a given.
There are good showers with hot water at the event. It has quite a few good concessions with eatable food and ice is available if you need.
We camp at the...

I think every state has a "Mopar nationals"? I'm trying to figure out which one he is referring to! I would love to do Columbus but it is too close to Carlisle. The expense is just to big to do both from Oregon.
I didn't go because of health issues. My friend called me last night when he got home and said there was a great turn out and some awesome cars. Sunbust seems to always be a good show, well organised and a good turnout. I wish the Seattle chapter could do as well as Tacoma.
I am flying out from the left coast this Friday and hanging out with some buds in Md. We will be driving up on Thursday and camping out on site.
booth numbers are H39-42
This one is this Saturday and is sponsored by some friends of mine and is one of the larger shows in the Portland area with a couple hundred cars. It is at 82nd ave and Holgate in eastport shopping center

It has nearly all local shows plus others in the NW. Some are Mopar specific but most are general shows... I look forward to meeting you and seeing your car!!
I had a great time! The weather held out with sunny skies and high 80's until Sundays wind fest.. Seems it could have been a bit better organised. Late showing up on Thursday to let us in and the ever changing route to get into the event. I did get some pictures I will re-size and post up here...
I am heading out with a buddy of mine. We are leaving today with a stop in Sac on the way to Vegas. See you guys there! We are mostly going to be at the swap booth with a few things we can pack in the Pick-up!
9/14 Mopar Summit Portland OR - sponsor??? = Columbia River Mopars
In Portland the Chrysler R/T Car Club normally sponsors one. I have yet to see a listing as of yet.
Here is a listing of area events focused mostly on the Portland area. Still kind of small and new ones added all the time...
