Trans is a OD. The pan is shaped like a 904. Should that be a 42RH?

Top bolt does and you can get a nut on it. Bottom one goes thru but is to close to the case to get a nut on it.

No I don't think so. The starter holes will need Heli-Coils but it was at the shop getting a water leak fixed. So I'm assuming it was running and driving to warrant having it fixed?

I would say so. The dash panel has a O/D on off switch. Price I don’t know what it’s worth.
